UNMARKETABLE
PARCEL SALE FACILITY COMPLETED
PERTH,
AUSTRALIA: Orbital
Corporation Limited is pleased to report that it has completed the
on-market sale of 3,400,120 shares under the Unmarketable Parcel
Sale Facility at an average price of 31.29 cents per share.
Cheques will be mailed as soon
as possible to the 4,823 shareholders who did not advise the Company
that they wished to retain their shares.
The sale shares represent less than 1% of the
Company's share capital but approximately 46% of the number of Australian
shareholders, thereby significantly reducing the future administration,
communication and share registry costs to the Company.
